Erin Casey-Richardson serves as an Educational Consultant for Federal Programs. Before joining Region 18, Mrs. Casey-Richardson worked in institutional advancement in higher education, where she managed targeted grant programs, student-based program development, and donor relations. In 2008, she received her bachelor's from Norfolk State University and her master's in business administration (MBA) from the University of Texas Permian Basin in 2020. Mrs. Casey-Richardson looks forward to working with school personnel within Region 18.
