Amanda Magallan is the Chief Federal Programs Officer for Region 18 Education Service Center. Mrs. Magallan helps oversee Federal Programs and assists with the coordination of providing support to districts/campuses through state and federal programs assistance and compliance supports. Prior to joining Region 18, Mrs. Magallan was the Superintendent for Terrell County ISD for six years. She has also served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, assistant director, and principal within Midland ISD.  Mrs. Magallan earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Angelo State University, her Master of Education from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin, and Superintendent Certification from the University of Texas Arlington.
