Priscilla Salgado was born and raised in Odessa. She graduated from Odessa High School in 2001 and attended Odessa College for 2 years before transferring to the University of Texas at San Antonio. In 2007, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and taught at the Palo Alto College Child Development Center for 2 years before moving to San Angelo. While teaching at TLCA in San Angelo, she attended Angelo State University and graduated in 2011 with a Master of Education in School Counseling. In 2011, she transitioned from classroom teacher to school counselor and has been a school counselor for the last 10 years. She now looks forward to working at ESC 18 and is excited to work with school personnel within the Region.
